Why do most people learn how to dance? To be able to dance at weddings. That was the case for me as well. My sister decided to get married and booked a swing band to play at the reception. She and her fiancee started to take some lindy hop classes and since I could not have my sister dance better than me, I found Providence Swings. The instructors were awesome and I learned so much. When the wedding finally came around, I danced the whole night and wowed everyone. The wedding has long since come and gone and I found that swing dancing was too fun to stop. The community is great and the dancing is awesome which is why I keep on coming back.
